Disney World!

Over March Break, I took my 2 favorite research assistants to experience what’s new, see how the rhythms of the parks have shifted, and try new things, so that I can provide the most up-to-date advice and insider tips.

This year, my family and I had an amazing time experiencing a new resort, mastering the art of rope drop, exploring a brand-new waterpark and mini-golf experience, and enjoying some deliciously creative Disney cuisine! And most importantly—we had a blast! My kids (ages 14 & 17) loved every minute, proving once again that Disney isn’t just for little ones. In fact, we saw many retired couples enjoying their time in the parks as well!

Through this trip, I also gained new insights into crowd levels and Lightning Lanes, which I’m excited to share.

Every trip to Disney World brings fresh perspectives, and I'm excited to share what I've learned to help others have their own magical experiences!

This summer I did a 3 week self-drive adventure in Namibia and Zimbabwe. It exceeded all expectations.

Experience some beautiful Peruvian cities, exploring food, architecture, history and culture, and also retrace the steps of the Inca on a four-day trek along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.

This is one of the world’s best-known hikes with stunning views of ruins, mountains and cloud forests. Groups have around 10-12 people and a team of incredible porters who take excellent care of us - setting up and taking down camp, and preparing delicious hot meals 3 times a day! I partner with a company that ensures fair treatment of our porters and quality equipment. We also travel with a local guide who will lead the way and share stories and information about what we see and experience.

Sample seafood in Lima, marvel at the Sacred Valley, Enjoy a traditional meal at Parwa Community Restaurant, learn about traditional weaving at a women's weaving co-op, conquer the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.

The trip includes all transportation, accommodation, some activities and most meals. All you have to do is show up and be ready for the adventure of a lifetime!
