Namibia Convoy 2028.
Come Explore One of Our Favourite Places With Us
If you've followed my travels over the past couple of years, you've probably noticed that I can't stop talking about Namibia. 😊
Our family has now been there twice, and it's honestly become one of our favourite places we've ever travelled. We love the wide open spaces, the peacefulness, the incredible scenery, the amazing lodges, and of course the wildlife. There are very few places where you can spend the morning watching elephants at a waterhole, drive through mountains and deserts in the afternoon, and finish the day with one of the most beautiful sunsets you've ever seen.
Half way through this last trip, I've been thinking, "I really want to bring a group here."
Not on a big bus tour, but in a way that lets people experience Namibia the way we did. It's having the comfort and security of travelling with other people, but also the independence and peacefulness of travelling on your own.

This won't be a traditional guided tour where everyone piles onto a coach and follows the same schedule.
Instead, every couple or family will have their own rental vehicle, giving you the freedom to travel at your own pace. Want to stop for another photo? Go for it. See a giraffe and want to sit and watch it for twenty minutes? You can. Feel like sleeping in one morning? No problem.
We'll all be following the same itinerary and staying at the same incredible places, but you'll have the flexibility to make the trip your own.
At the same time, you'll have the fun of travelling with a great group of people. We'll meet up throughout the trip, share some meals together, swap stories from the day's adventures, and enjoy the kind of friendships that often happen when people travel together.
For me, that's the best of both worlds.
Every day feels different in Namibia.
Over two weeks we'll experience things like:
**Watching wildlife in Etosha National Park, one of Africa's most incredible places for self drive safaris.Seeing elephants, giraffes, lions, zebras, rhinos, springbok, wildebeest, and so much more.
**Standing on the famous red sand dunes at Sossusvlei.
**Exploring dramatic canyons and breathtaking mountain scenery.
**Wandering through the charming coastal town of Swakopmund.
**Optional adventures like quad biking on the dunes.
**Staying in some truly special lodges and guest farms that were favourites from our own trips.Incredible hiking.
**Beautiful sunrises, unforgettable sunsets, and skies full of stars.
**Lots of laughs, shared meals, and memories with a wonderful group of fellow travellers.

Right now I'm simply trying to gauge interest before I start locking everything in and requesting final quotes.
The plan is for a group of 20 travellers, my family of four plus 16 guests.
The estimated price is approximately $4,500 CAD per person.
This is only an estimate at this stage and may change once final pricing is confirmed.
The package is planned to include:
14 nights of accommodation.
Breakfast every day.
9 Dinners
Rental 4x4 truck - Automatic
A carefully planned itinerary based on places we've personally experienced and loved.
Pricing assumes four people sharing each rental vehicle and two people per room. If you're travelling as a couple, you may wish to invite another couple to join you and share the vehicle. I won't be pairing strangers together in the same rental car.

If you're not quite ready for the adventure to end, we'd love to have you join us for a few extra days in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
After our Namibia trip, our family is planning to head to Victoria Falls, and anyone is welcome to come along. We'd be staying at Pamarah Lodge, which is actually owned and run by Callum's cousins - it's a very special place; they would look after us very well! This extension is completely optional, and while I don't have pricing yet, I'd love to know if it's something that would interest you.
